Fred studied classical and jazz music at the prestigious Philadelphia College for Performing Arts, Fred began buying and renovating houses in the Manyunk area. As property values rose through the eighties and nineties so did the breadth of his renovations. Attention to historic details combining old and new became his specialty.
In 1996, with fourteen years of experience under his belt he built his first custom home-for himself and his family. The excitement of building his first custom house set in motion a journey to combine his creative artistic skills with his love for architecture. In the last 20 years, he has built some of the most extraordinary homes on the Main line.
Before starting the company with Fred, she worked in an international corporate environment. She was responsible for investing hundreds of millions of dollars. While in the corporate world, she bought her first piece of real estate at the age of 23.
Kassie holds an MBA in International Business and is the financial life line for the company. She makes sure all of the subcontractors stay happy (ie: get paid). Her strong organizational, people and communcation skills keep the company running smoothly.
